Step 1: Recognizing ATS Integration in Metaview

When a call has been scheduled through Ashby (or Lever) or matched to existing data, you’ll notice the ATS logo appear in Metaview next to the call. This logo indicates that Metaview has successfully matched the call to an interview in your ATS.

Step 2: Accessing the Matched Interview in Your ATS

  1. Click on the ATS Logo: To review or submit scorecards, simply click the Ashby or Lever logo in Metaview. This action will take you directly to the matched entry in your ATS.
  2. Locate the Interview: If Metaview has matched your call to an existing interview, you’ll be taken to the correct page in your ATS. Here, you can review any details about the candidate or interview.
Note: If the URL you are directed to does not contain “interview-briefings,” Metaview may not have successfully matched the call. Double-check that the interview is listed in Ashby or Lever.

Step 3: Submitting the Scorecard

Light mode image Once you’ve accessed the matched entry in your ATS, it’s time to submit your scorecard:
  1. Click the Scorecard Icon: On the ATS entry page, look for the Scorecard icon. Clicking this will open the relevant feedback form for your call.
  2. Complete the Feedback Form: Fill out the required feedback fields with your observations, ratings, and any additional notes.
  3. Submit Your Scorecard: After completing the form, click “Submit Feedback” to have the scorecard officially logged in Ashby or Lever.
Important: Metaview does not automatically submit feedback forms for you. You must manually submit the form in Ashby or Lever after filling it out.

Step 4: Troubleshooting Scorecard Submission

If you’re unable to find the scorecard or notice that the ATS entry is not matched:
  • Check the ATS URL: Ensure that the Ashby or Lever URL contains “interview-briefings.” If it doesn’t, Metaview may not have matched the call properly.
  • Manual Matching: If necessary, manually match the interview in Ashby or Lever by finding the correct candidate profile or interview entry in your ATS.
